What's in It for You
Broad impact -- you will be involved in new product and product enhancement projects from the beginning, providing input on the overall solution. Strong growth -- we're growing, driven in part by our strategy to expand our focus on small and mid-sized companies to include larger companies as well. Overall the pharma/biotech industry is performing strongly in spite of the recession. In fact, this position represents an addition to our numbers to help accommodate that growth.
Great work environment -- our values are more than just a piece of paper on the wall; in fact, our quarterly employee value surveys feed a business key performance indicator. These values include integrity, professional growth, an open and non-political environment, and having fun (yes, it's in our values!). We'll train you to ensure you understand the life science domain.
Your specific activities will include:
Analyzing, designing and coding assigned applications.
Formulating, designing and developing new software systems or improvements to existing systems.
Developing software system designs, programming and documentation.
Developing proficiency in the use of applications offered by TranSenda.
Leading, training and mentoring less experienced engineers in some cases.
Keys to Success

In addition, to excel in this role you will assimilate new technologies quickly, keep an eye out for opportunities to improve products and processes, and maintain an upbeat, positive attitude.
If this sounds like the right mix of challenge and opportunity for you, and you meet the minimum qualifications, we want to hear from you!
